Beth Bielat, Founder

 Founder-Mainely Women, Fitness Professional, Founder-LifeBreath, Life/ Wellness Coach, Author, 7th degree Black Belt and a dedicated practitioner and enthusiast in the health and wellness world. With 35 years under my belt, I am so excited about bringing women together to enjoy sisterhood, fun, nature and learning to take better care of their body, mind and soul with many wonderful transformational tools. I love being in nature, having fun, laughter, sharing, LifeBreath, working out, creating, teaching and, of course, my beautiful family. I have been working on the East Coast for decades, including the beautiful, magical Ocean Reef Club  in Key Largo as the fitness/wellness head at the Member Fitness Center.
I was also the fitness/program director for Joan Lunden's women's retreat "Camp Reveille" for a decade and I look forward to carrying the wonderful, contagious energy to Mainely Women.

Brenda Colfer

Brenda is a Certified LifeBreath and  Chakradance Facilitator, Sound Healing Facilitator and Reiki Teacher.  She has been offering her intuitive Reiki Sound Healing sessions in the Capitol region for the past 18 years. She has certifications in a variety of modalities that she pulls upon during her sessions.  Brenda travels to offer classes throughout the State of Maine and New England. Darlene Daniels

 Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Personal Trainer, Reiki, Polarity
Darlene dove into the fitness profession in 1981. She is a lifestyle & clean eating coach, Pilates, yoga, mediation and pranayama teacher. She also practices Reiki and polarity healing. She continues to inspire her students and clients to integrate yoga philosophy and methodology with contemporary living. She focuses on her yoga teacher training, writing articles on health and fitness, mastering yourself with the twelve steps and natural healing. Darlene has created a beautiful yoga and holistic practice in The Florida Keys and Michigan 

Sue Curran

Massage Therapist,Reiki Master, LifeBreath Facilitator, 2nd Degree Black Belt and Martial Arts Instructor. Sue is a LifeBreath Facilitator and has been consciously breathing since 2001. As a black belt in karate, she studied under John and Beth Bielat and is currently a 2nd degree black belt and instructor. She has been teaching Martial Arts in the Cape Elizabeth community since 2009. She graduated from the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts in 2006 as a massage therapist and practices in the Lakes Region area of Maine. Sue loves the outdoors. Her favorite pastimes are hiking, kayaking, biking and being surrounded by peace and nature.  

Laura Shaknis

 Fitness and Outdoor Enthusiast
Laura graduated from the University of Maine and has spent the past 35 years working in the health and fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, and personal trainer in both Maine and Pennsylvania. She has specialty certifications in pre and post natal exercise, senior fitness, injury prevention, and integrative  nutrition. Laura is also a certified LifeBreath Facilitator. Following years of involvement at Joan Lunden’s Camp Reveille in Maine, Laura introduced, and facilitated LifeBreath in south­-central PA. Laura loves being active, enjoys the great outdoors and cherishes time with her family. She loves sharing her understanding and knowledge of health and fitness with others to improve their well-being. 

Louis Devlin

Louise received her Massage Licensure after completing The Therapeutic Massage Program at Spa Tech Institute in Portland, Maine. Her training consists of Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, neuromuscular and myofascial massage modalities. Louise also received extensive training in Sacral Cranial therapy as well as hand and foot reflexology. She studied under Aaron Mattes and provides Isolated Stretching for her clients when needed. She is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified My skeletal Alignment PR practitioner through the Erik Dalton Freedom from Pain Institute. Louise has had training in healing energy therapies as well . She is Reiki II certified and provides Polarity and Chrystal Healing Therapy. She is also proud to offer Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy and LifeBreath to her clients as drug free ways to attain better health. Erin Coffin

Zumba, Sentao, Yoga, and Sailor
Erin resides half of the year in Key Largo, Florida and half in Winter Harbor, Maine, where she sails, teaches Zumba and Yoga, and participates in many classes and fun events as anyone could. "Zumba has changed my life in so many ways. It is more than just a workout regimen, it's a positive way of being."

Lisa McDonald

  Jewelry Artist, LifeBreath FacilitatorLisa MacDonald is a Maine native and has been creating jewelry and sea glass pieces for over 10 years.  She has been collecting sea glass on the beaches of Maine for over 50 years.  She loves to teach and watch others discover their innate creativity, as they design and make pieces of jewelry that are unique expressions of themselves.Lisa taught at Camp Reveille for the last decade producing beautiful and inspiring jewelry for the great number of women who love her classes. 

Inanna

This is an all-women's percussion and vocal ensemble dedicated to cultural diversity, education and healing through the universal language of music. Blending western vocal harmonies with the polyrhythms of West Africa, the Middle East and Brazil, they create a multicultural fusion beyond tradition.  Together for 26 years, the band has recorded six full-length albums; been invited to schools to teach drumming and culture to youth; and performed extensively.

Through their own teaching, the members of Inanna seek not only to provide musical education, but also to cultivate vibrant community.  The band takes it name from the ancient Sumerian goddess Inanna, whose mythology is connected to the drum.  Contact Inanna at: Inannasistersinrythm.com.

Capt. John Bielat

 Master Maine Guide, Boat Captain, Florida and Maine fishing guide, motorcyclist, Hunting and Fishing enthusiast, 7th degree black belt, backpacking and hiking enthusiast, master carpenter and general contractor. John has been hiking, fishing, backpacking and training in martial arts for 50 years. His love of the outdoors spans from sea to mountains and streams and lakes. John has recently built a self sufficient , off-the-grid log home on a mountain and stream wood plot in the mountains of western Maine. John has taught martial arts, fishing, hiking, and outdoor survival courses in Maine for the last three decades.

Dr. Mark Mautner
